Fiber is necessary for a good nutritional balance. They also make you feel fuller faster when we consume them. When we ingest them satiety happens faster. On the sixth day Mix 400g of oats with 4 to 5 pots of low fat white cheese. This preparation is to be distributed on 6 fair meals on the day. You can drink unlimited water, 2 to 3 cups of green tea or black coffee.

In order for the results to be optimum this regime must be followed to the letter however like any express regime it is of course not advisable to adopt it for too long a period.
