The 10 Foods to Avoid to Lose Weight and Have a Flat Stomach




Some foods you eat will act differently on your body. Some of them go for different reasons give you the feeling of bloating and create a small belly bounces. These bloating though temporary can be annoying because we feel uncomfortable in our clothes. Other foods can lead you to belly bloating in the long term following the increase in stored fat at the abdominal level. We will try to talk about these foods that they are desirable to avoid while giving you an alternative.

White bread

The white bread, our dear baguette is unfortunately made from refined flour. The refined flour induces a rise in our blood sugar levels in our body which in turn releases a large amount of insulin promoting fat storage. The cabbage

Sodas including ligth

So excite fried products especially if you want to lose weight fast! If you like these foods you can prepare them yourself rather than buying them in the trade. For this take a chicken breast soak it in a little egg yolk then in whole wheat flour. Make it back with a little olive oil in a frying pan. You can accomplish this with a bunch of other foods and you will have on your plate a healthy and good food for your health avoiding any bad fats as well as bloating. You'll have a pretty flat stomach!

Ice creams

Ice creams contain a large amount of sugar and foods high in sugar causes a rise in blood sugar levels and therefore an increase in insulin levels, resulting in the storage of fat on the stomach. Because ice cream is a dairy product, it also contains high levels of lactose, the sugar present in the milk. Many people have lactose intolerance, which causes them to have difficulty digesting lactose therefore increased gas, bloating, and may even cause diarrhea. Salt

Salt is a real water sponge for our body. It is not, of course, banning it because it remains essential to our health. You just need to know how to dose it. Avoid salting a dish even before you have tasted it, avoid foods such as salty sausage. Whenever possible, cook yourself instead of buying high-salt industrial dishes. You will avoid unnecessary water retention, unpleasant bloating and keep a nice flat stomach.
