1 hard boiled egg

Lunch :

2 water glasses

1 tomato juice (pulp of tomato mixture in 1 glass of water)

Midday :
2 glasses of water
1 cucumber or 1 apple

Dinner :

2 glasses of water
1 serving (150g) meat (chicken, turkey, grilled lamb) with black pepper, do not over-salt
1 fishing

One hour before sleep:
2 glasses of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea

Second day

Breakfast :
2 glasses of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea
1 fishing
1 hard boiled egg

Lunch :
2 glass of water
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 melon
1 fishing

Dinner :

2 glass of water
A bowl of cabbage soup
A piece of grilled chicken (150g)
1 fishing

One hour before sleep:
2 glasses of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea

Third day

Breakfast :

2 glasses of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea
1 fishing

Lunch :

2 glasses of water
1 glass of tomato juice
1 cucumber
1 apple

Dinner :

2 glass of water
1 serving of meat (150g) (chicken, turkey, grilled lamb) with black pepper, do not over-salt
1 fishing
1/2 cucumber
1/2 white cabbage
1 apple

One hour before sleep:
2 glass of water
1 cup green tea

Fourth day

Breakfast :

2 glass of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea
2 bananas

Lunch:

2 glass of water
1 serving of white cabbage
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 glass of fruit juice Apple, orange, plum

Dinner : 

2 glasses of water
1 serving of meat (150g) (chicken, turkey, grilled lamb) with black pepper, not too salty
1 tomato
1 cucumber
2 glass of homemade fruit juice or 1 piece of cheese low in fat

One hour before sleep:

2 glass of water
1 cup sugar-free green tea

You can consume other fruits and vegetables as indicated in the list below:

Fruits:

Strawberry
Orange
Papaya
Grapefruit
Perry
Grenade
Plum

Vegetables:
  • Steamed Green Beans
  • Peas without adding fat
  • Radish
  • Spinach without fresh cream of course


It is important to drink at least 1.5l of water per day and consumption of green tea is very important as it helps to burn fat. This diet is an express diet and prolonging it over time would bring you significant deficiencies that could harm your health.
