Ultra fast diet to lose weight in one week

This diet allows you to lose weight in just one week. Do not try to follow it for a long time, otherwise the consequences could be severe at the end of the diet.

The First day

Breakfast: 1 apple, tea (black coffee) without sugar.
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 apple (or orange)
Dinner: 1 egg, cabbage salad and sugar free tea.

The 2nd day

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea (black coffee).
Lunch: beef (100g), cabbage salad, 1 cup of grape juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.

The 3rd day

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato (cucumber), tea or (coffee).
Lunch: hamburger (fries without oil), sauerkraut, 1 cup of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup of fat-free yogurt.

The 4th day

Breakfast: 100 grams of white cheese 0%, tea or coffee.
Lunch: cooked lean fish, cabbage salad, 1 cup carrot juice
Dinner: 2 apples.

The 5th day

Breakfast: 1 egg, cabbage salad and tea.
Lunch: 100 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup of fat-free yogurt.

The 6th day

Breakfast: 100 grams of white cheese, 0% tea or coffee.
Lunch: lean fish (100g), sauerkraut, 1 cup of carrot juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.

The 7th day

Breakfast: 1 melted cheese, 1 apple, tea (coffee).
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of chicken and tea.
Dinner: 1 cup of fat-free yogurt.
