The duration of the vegetarian diet is 6 days, weight loss up to 3 kilos on less than a week. The vegetarian diet excludes from its menu meat and fish so during the vegetarian diet the body finds itself deficient mainly of B vitamins, zinc, iron, selenium and proteins. They will be eaten elsewhere, as in milk and eggs, legumes, walnuts, lettuce, apricots, peaches and corn. Calcium is also present in tofu, almonds, figs, kale, broccoli, spinach, pasta and white bread.

The menu of the vegetarian diet

The 1st day

Breakfast: 150 ml of white cheese, 1 banana, 1 orange, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 400 ml soup (mushrooms, vegetables, spices), a slice of bread

Dinner: baked eggplant with very little fat

The 2nd day

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 1 slice of bread with butter, 1 egg and a white cheese

Lunch: baked potato with a little butter, salad

Dinner: green salad, beans with chili sauce

The 3rd day

Breakfast: cereal with semi-skim milk, berries, 1 fruit, 1 tablespoon flax seed

Lunch: vegetable pizza

Dinner: vegetables steamed

The 4th day

Breakfast: Repeat the first day

Lunch: a light sandwich or 50 g tofu grilled, mushrooms, sautéed with a little olive oil

Dinner: white cabbage salad, spice lentils

The 5th day

Breakfast: a slice of rye bread with butter beans in tomato sauce, ½ grapefruit

Lunch: rice with nuts and fruit

Dinner: steamed vegetables with mushrooms

The 6th day

Breakfast: muesli with semi-skimmed milk, berries, fruit, 1 tablespoon of flax seed

Lunch: lentil soup, a slice of bread

Dinner: Pasta with Vegetables

This diet is to be followed 6 days beyond it exists a risk for your metabolism thus prefer rather to regain a healthy and balanced diet at least for two weeks in order to stabilize your weight gradually and in this case it is possible to start again the program on 6 days. Without exaggerating in the long term.
